"delete all cards" on slave backend deletes master backend's cards, too

Description

Even though mythtv-setup for a slave backend lists only the cards plugged into the slave backend, the "delete all cards" option deletes ALL cards, even the unlisted ones connected to other backends. This is a bad thing -- only listed cards should be wiped.
