mkdummyts.sh uses outdated options

Description

The mkdummyts.sh script in the contrib folder doesn't appear to work with current versions of the tools it depends on. I had to add the option "-S 420mpeg2" to the invocation of "ppmtoy4m", and the option "vlc:quit" to the end of the vlc-invocation.

(In [9821]) No longer necessary, since the dummy recorder is gone.

Closes #1717. (well, doesn't address the bug, but makes it invalid).
