MythNews multimedia support

This task is the tracking ticket for changes to MythNews? to support multimedia content. Major items include

• Improved handling of HTML and CDATA content
• Display of site/feed images
• Display of multimedia article thumbnails
• On demand playback of multimedia attachments
• Visual indicators of multimedia content
• Subscription to multimedia feeds for offline content retreival

(In [14462]) Some minor changes to MythNews?'s multimedia support.

• Add the missing enclosures.png and need-download.png images. If anybody can find better images that would be appreciated.

• Move the status icons to the info panel below the thumb image. Seems like a more appropriate place for them and gets rid of the bad flicker when scrolling though articles.

• Use the default Video Player set in MythVideo? to play video files rather than force users to always use the internal player.

• If an article thumb image isn't available then use the site image if there is one available.

• While downloading a file change the displayed byte counts to be a little more user friendly.

Pushing this, new plugins like MythTube? look like better alternatives to adding media support to MythNews? and 2 days from a feature freeze nothing new is going to be happening related to this ticket.
