MythTV hangs when exiting LiveTV after trying to display the program guide

Description

If you have defined a custom GUI size, and then watch LiveTV, and finally hit 'm' to bring up the menu and select program guide. The program guide fails to appear and this appears in the log file....

Xlib: unexpected async reply (sequence 0x7869)!

And when exiting out of LiveTV, the frontend hangs with the following in the logfile.

This is with SVN 12325 for 0.20.
