Pressing Esc On Select Group Filter Screen Does Not Cancel It Continues To Select A Recording To Watch

Description
The Always Prompt For Initial Group Filter setting is on. Select Watch Recordings on the main screen. The Initial Group Filter screen is then displayed. Pressing Esc does not return you to the main screen it continues on to the Select A Recording To Watch screen. The other popup screens I have tried appear to correctly cancel when pressing the Esc key.

(In [12947]) Carry over [12946] from trunk.
Make it so that the ESCAPE keybinding will close out the Recording Group Chooser without going into the Watch Recordings screen when the QueryInitialFilter? setting is turned on.
