Transparent DVD subtitles

Description

Subtitles in History of Violence DVD are strangely transparent. Subtitle font has only black outlines and is not filled with white. So you can see the subtitles but those are pretty hard to read/follow.

This DVD has 6 different subtitle languages, all other have this problem but for some reason, Norwegian subtitles are show correctly.

I've attached -v playback log when watching this DVD with Finnish subtitles (started from the bookmark). Finnish subtitles are shown correctly when this DVD is played with normal DVD player. I've verified with couple of other DVDs that those have the correct subtitles so this seems to be related to this particular DVD.

(In [14195]) Closes #3386. internal dvd player: resolves transparent dvd subtitles on some dvd. also apply avcodec lock when processing dvd subtitle.
