Scan for channels fail in mythtv-setup with DVB - "Fail to open the card".

Description

Setup card first, then attempt to scan for channels says "Failed to open the card". This is with 13445. Only error on shell is SWiz, Error: SetPage?(): type(0) src(0) pcardid(0) not handled

Hardware is Airstar, but I'm unsure if it's with all DVBs. Analog card (bttv) works fine.

Please close this ticket. Operator error. (I tried very hard to debug before I submitted ticket. Sorry for the false failure). Although, I still dont' know what happened. I had to fdisk, and reinstall to fix it.
