Update FreeFont fonts to current version

Description
The version of the FreeFont? fonts distributed with MythTV is an old version which is missing many glyphs. The current release of the FreeFont? fonts is available at http://download.savannah.gnu.org/releases/freefont/freefont-ttf-20060126.tar.gz .
Currently, we distribute Free{Mono,Sans{,Bold}}.ttf . Updating these to the most recent version would add glyphs for many characters, including the musical characters. With the new glyphs, would be far less likely to see rectangles in captions, (i.e. when music plays in a show). While doing so would require a loose interpretation of the word "fix", the fonts could also be updated in 0.20-fixes.
If you'd like a before/after test, the various CSI series use the eighth note (U+266A) while playing the theme song in the intro.
