Mytharchive should show recalculated file size when using the cut list

Description

When enabling the use of the cutlist in MythArchive?, a quick recalculation should be done to show the true size of what will be burned to disk, that is the original file size minus whatever the cutlist says to remove.

This will make it easier to determine what will fit in the finished project.

(In [13813]) Add a 'cutduration' attribute to the xml file generated by mytharchivehelper --getfileinfo.

This shows what the file duration would be after its associated cut list has been removed from the file.

Refs #3519.

(In [13814]) Make the estimated file sizes shown in the DVD creation wizard a little more accurate by taking into account any cut list that may be removed from recordings.
