Delete recorded doesn't work in mythweb wap templates

Description

The "Delete" / "Delete & re-record" links don't actually delete the file from the recorded programs in the WAP templates. Comparing to the default templates, it looks like the URL params have changed. Simple patch attached to fix this specific problem that works for me.

(In [15799]) Fixes #3721, this updates the url calls to correctly delete the files in WAP mode. Thanks isismanor.
