Segfault with certain DVD playback

Description

I'm getting a segfault while attempting to playback a DVD. I get the same segfault if I play back the DVD directly in the optical disc menu, or try to playback the iso. The DVD is from a television series "Rome" - Season 1. I've succesfully been able to play back the first two discs of the series via archiving the iso, but disc 3 and disc 4 both segfault as soon as I try to playback.

Running SVN - 14450 Compiled with debug I'm attaching both a mythfrontend -v all log and a gdb.txt.

I was a little premature at setting the milestone for this one, bug is in libdvdnav so I don't think we can hope to fix this before 0.21.

I own the Rome Season 1 DVD set, and I am able to play them successfully following the semi-recent libdvdnav update.
