backend crash after empty firewire recording

Description

After recording an empty (zero byte) program - which happens when the firewire does not record properly - the backend crashes when attempting to flag commercials (see attached log).

Added an attachment of the backend log when it recorded Daily Show properly (11pm), but did not record Colbert report (11:30pm) properly. I can also add a test clip from test-mpeg2, if it would help.

live TV log shows channel change from ch. 709 (working) to 703 (no data), and includes PMT information which may be useful.

Status: newclosed

The firewire code has been rewritten in trunk and we're no longer applying fixes to the 0.20-fixes branch.
