Add "Delete, and allow re-record" to Playlist options

Description

"Delete" does not delete history, making it unsuitable for cases such as "cable box dead, need to mark a bunch of recordings as re-recordable". This adds an option that deletes the history (too). Implemented by copying the slot and method; is a candidate for factoring out the common code...
