This is a problem at your end, not with the mythtv subversion site.

Read the front page of the wiki.

If you are having troubles checking out the source, and you are behind a web proxy (such as squid), this may help.

Squid (a web proxy) doesn't let PropFind? queries work by default. This isn't something that most people will be able to reproduce unless they are using a web proxy (such as squid).

Remember that svn uses http as its transport.
