Description

Attached are some simple fixes for the menu icons in Minimalist-Wide, it does not fix all missing icons but is an improvement.

I have also stolen the eject image from blue and radio image from mythcentre to create a couple of new icons for minimalist.

The initial patches do not bring Minimalist-Wide completely up to date , but they are a start.
