Description

RE: Ticket 4545: OpenGL does depend on x11 (example: Linux), removing this dependency breaks the build.

Calling make after (re)configure bombs out w/ error: openglcontext.h error: ‘Window’ has not been declared reverting 15645 allows build to proceed
