Sure thing. Here you go:
[root] # /usr/bin/hostinfo
Mach kernel version:
Darwin Kernel Version 9.2.0: Tue Feb 5 16:13:22 PST 2008; root:xnu-1228.3.13~1/RELEASE_I386
Kernel configured for up to 4 processors.
4 processors are physically available.
4 processors are logically available.
Processor type: i486 (Intel 80486)
Processors active: 0 1 2 3
Primary memory available: 8.00 gigabytes
Default processor set: 150 tasks, 576 threads, 4 processors
Load average: 2.06, Mach factor: 2.81
Mike, I don't have any 10.5 installs (or quad core 3G Xeons you lucky bastard!), so could you please provide the output of /usr/bin/hostinfo
