Description
Using Nvidia XvMC with opengl video renderer and opengl OSD renderer causes the same behaviour for recordings with resolution at 1280x720 (720p) and videos with resolutions <= 720x576.
At those resolutions, a portion the video shows up in the top left quarter of the screen with the rest of the screen being black.
switching the OSD to chromakey solves the issue.
this happens on Both 6xxx and 7xxx series Nvidia cards with 100-14-19 driver.
videos at 1080i have no problems using XvMC with Opengl video renderer and Opengl osd renderer
