mythweb requires cookies to function and display correctly

Description

After upgrading MythTV to 0.21 on an Ubuntu system, mythweb had several problems, such as pages not rendering correctly (particularly the show detail page) and the form fields to navigate to a specified date/time on the listings page not working.

I adjusted my settings in Firefox to to no longer block cookies from mythweb, and normal behavior returned.

It seems like a bug that basic functionality or rendering is dependent on cookies. And if cookies are a necessity for basic functionality, mythweb should warn the user if they can't be set.

Doesn't require cookies. Just requires cookies if you want to change any specific settings. And it shouldn't need cookies if you have ht auth turned on (which is highly recommended).

I can't think of rendering issues that would show up if you have cookies turned off. Maybe a screenshot would help?
