upnp cds potential bug with key

Description

I believe the cds does not work properly the key contain an '=' or a '/'. The present patch MIGHT fix this problem but have not been tested

Do you have a case where this actually was a problem, or is this a bug that you think might exist, but have not actually seen?

I'm loathe to mess with this if there's no failing case to test with.
