Adds an audio codec screen for for the HD PVR recording profile with AAC and AC3 Hardware Encoders.

Since early firmware didn't support AC3 the recorder queries the supported audio codecs and falls back to AAC if AC3 is not supported.

(In [20028]) Adds audio codec selection to HD PVR recorder

Will be only used for the RCA inputs and if the firmware is new enough to support AC3. SPDIF will use AC3 if available in the firmware since it avoids reencoding of the audio. Closes #6263
