MythWeather screens not updating but cache is

Description
I'm not sure if this is a bug, as it only happens if you stay on the MythWeather? screen for a long while, but while the cache file for MythWeather?, at ~/.mythtv/MythWeather/ENVCAN/envcan_bc-74 shows that the weather data is getting updated regularly, the information on the MythWeather? screen doesn't update, but stays fixated at the time the MythWeather? screen was selected.
I'd be willing to work on a patch if this is an enhancement instead of a bug ...

(In [23735]) Fix a number of MythWeather? bugs mainly related to switching units and locations not working properly. Also fixes a bug which was causing the first screen a long time to update.
Fixes #7824, #7107, #7825 and possibly also fixes #6283.
