HDTV icon gets latched in the recorded items window

Description

I recently upgraded to the trunk version. I noticed the HDTV icon would get "latched" on non-HD recordings. Turns out the CC and audio also perform this way.

This patch resets the icons if the appropriate attribute is not found.

Milestone: unknown → 0.22

Patch incorrectly removes a check to see if pginfo is valid. Apart from that it looks reasonable.

pginfo is checked for validity a few lines above it. I do not see any way pginfo could change in the loop. Also, farther down in the close captioning section it is also not checked.
