Description

These patches add clauses to the custom record and power priority screens to allow users to easily filter shows if they flagged as having in-vision deaf signing.

These patches round out my previous deaf signing patches found on tickets #4122, #4125 and #6664.

Again, I have included a patch for 0.21-fixes in the hope it can be applied, and so that interested users can benefit in the meantime.

Milestone: unknown → 0.22

I'd prefer to implement this as a priority modifier like is done for HD. See #2201

Updated patch (6665-accessibility-priority-modifiers.diff) that adds accessibility options for the scheduler, covering: in-vision signing/subtitles, hard of hearing support, audio description, and general subtitles.

I've also added a widescreen modifier and updated the HDTV to cover the new videoprops set in addition to the existing program.hdtv flag.

Finally the patch adds 2 clauses to the custom rule editor for in-vision signing and in-vision subtitles.
