using hotkey JUMPTODVDROOTMENU does not return to the root menu when playing an ISO

Description
Using trunk build made by mythbuntu for karmic release. Using the default internal player for DVD/ISO playback.
Steps to reproduce:
- Setup a binding to JUMPTODVDROOTMENU and setup lirc to use it
- Play an ISO from mythvideo
- The root DVD menu displays correctly
- Start the movie feature or TV episode in the ISO
- Press the button corresponding to the JUMPTODVDROOTMENU hotkey
- OSD message "DVD Menu Unavailable" is displayed
Expected:
- Root DVD menu displays correctly like step 3
I have attached a -v playback,extra log while trying to go back to the DVD menu in three different ISOs of 3 different shows.

I was talking with sphery on IRC and he suggested listing the DVDs I'm having menu trouble with and apparently somebody will test them with Netflix. An alternative is to give me Ubuntu/mythbuntu karmic friendly packages and I can test fixes out too.

Also, if these menus are not root menus, apparently the title and chapter DVD menu events don't have a REG_KEY setup so they don't work.
Are there certain file types I can attach that aren't huge that'll help w/o having the whole disc available? IFOs or something?

(In [22673]) Refs #7303. Fix the JUMPTODVDROOTMENU keybinding, which was broken by changes to the design of DVDRingBufferPriv::GoToMenu?() in the dvdnav resync in [19956].
I'll backport this to 0.22-fixes after 0.22 is released. Until then, users can use MENU|DVD Root Menu to get the same functionality (as it was updated in the resync).
