attached are the modded files i think it looks good on any theme that does not have it's own video-ui.xml so would be good to add this
also i changed both files to wrapstyle selected and borrowed bannermask.png from Graphite and put it in ../default/shared
also attached are screenshots

The screenshot and banner float off on their own and are badly aligned, but more importantly they overlap multiple text fields so they look as though they were placed somewhat haphazardly. It seems you meant to overlay the banner over the title, but the title textarea is longer in both directions than the banner, so it looks quite bad in cases of a long title.
Perhaps more importantly, the default themes aren't meant to be improved-- they're meant to be functional/basic copies of screens that will "sorta work" until themers either update broken themes or until legacy themes can be dropped.
I am closing this as wontfix, but please feel free to have a discussion with us on IRC about what you could do differently/how you might avoid these issues in an original work.
