Hello everyone,
I have converted the old mythmusic settings to the new mythui screens. I have also regrouped the settings a litte bit. Only the visualization screen is still the old one. I will convert it later on. This is the first step of my efforts to port mythmusic to the new mythui.

MythMusic: Port the settings pages to MythUI
This changes the music settings to use MythUI. Some no longer used settings have been removed. Some like shuffle mode and current visualiser are just saved whenever they are changed and reused whenever a screen that uses them is reloaded.
Closes #7774. Thanks to Robert S for the original patch.

Thanks for the patch Robert, it's much appreciated.
I've already started working on porting mythmusic to mythui but my focus is currently on the primary screens - playlist management and playback screens. We're taking advantage of the change to try and make some improvements and it's also necessary to re-write the playlist code to fully separate it from the UI code.
I can't say when it will be finished but we are working on it and to a predetermined plan.
