Description
I set up "Vertical scaling" to 2 (%) and "Horizontal scaling" to 2 (%) in Utilities/Setup? -> Setup -> TV Settings -> Playback -> General Playback 2/8 to remove black borders for watching TV. But the "Internal Player" changes scale when I watch Videos from file (avi, mkv). Why? I think it's bug! In more cases it doesn't need. PS: The "Internal Player" doesn't change scale when I watch DVD-Video!!!

You've asked the 'Internal player' to apply some scaling and it has applied it.
The only time it does not do this is when playing back DVDs - which is a hangover from a time before DVD menu buttons were properly scaled and positioned and will probably be removed in the near future.
