Description

Hi,

The following patch makes some additionnal fields in MythWeb weather display and weather settings screen translatable.

This permits the translation of the name of the weather screens, the entire weather settings screens and some other miscellaneous labels.

This only translate the screens, not the data that ends up in them since I don't believe there would be a reliable way to make something generic that would work with the data that comes from multiple sources (NWS, BBC, etc...).

This updates the English.lang and English_GB.lang file as well since I added the label Engligh_Unit (for the English measuring unit) which must gets translated back to "English" in English but is usually not translated the same way as "English" when used as a language.
