no video when going from live tv to a recorded program

Description
I've been having a problem with mythtv. I can watch live tv without any problems but if I'm watching tv then go to watch a show I recorded there is sound but all I get on screen is a black screen with a big 1 on it and no video. I get this error:
ProgramInfo?, Error: GetPlaybackURL: '1136_20100111123000.mpg' should be local, but it can not be found.
Also if I start mythtv and go directly into media library and set up a playlist the first video will play with no problem but then when the next recorded show starts I get a screen with a big 1 on it no video but the show's sound plays.
Is this some sort of mysql error?
I'm using sabayon 5.1 with a silicon dust tuner and the version of mythtv is mythtv-0.22_p23069

We've decided not to do a 0.22 point release

No reply for the requested log in 4 weeks. If you can still reproduce the bug in 0.23 when it's released attach the requested log and one of us will re-open the ticket.
