growisofs write error with result 5

I've been burning DVDs using Mytharchive now for 2 months. In the last few days, I've had 2 archives fail with the same write error code during the execution of growisofs. One of these was a movie of about 2 1/2 hrs length and the other was almost 4 hours. I attempted to burn both of these in SP mode one dual layer DVD+R media. In between these failure, I had a successful burn of over 2 hours on the same media on the same machine. I am attaching progress logs for these two failures. Below are the last few lines from the mythburn.log files.

This is not a mythtv bug.

The README in question is the README for growisofs, which is likely to be in /usr/share/doc/growisofs or some similar location.
