mythfilldatabase timeout on Satellite

Description
Mythfilldatabase retries too quick for a Satellite connection.

While still trying I switch to Phone Card it starts working. I will not have phone coverage most of the time. Could not find any command line option to set retry times.

I don't think it's fair to pass connectivity and latency issues off onto mythfilldatabase. Acceding to this kind of thing just adds more knobs, levers, and switches that we desperately need to get rid of. mythfilldatabase requires a functional network connection with sane latency.
