Description
I noticed the Please Wait shimmering underneath some dark video frames.
The patch fixes it for me. There might be a better fix.

You're using VDPAU as the UI painter which is no longer supported - for reasons exactly like this. I should have also mentioned in r25931 that there are frequent colourkeying issues when using VDPAU for both the UI and video. Testing with trunk today shows that using VDPAU as the main UI painter is pretty messy.

Please attach the complete output of mythfrontend -v playback for one single playback. I assume you are using grey letterboxing?
